Iron Skillet Shrimp with Garlicky Basil and Kalamata Sauce
A quick and delicious dish featuring fresh jumbo shrimp cooked in a flavorful garlicky basil and Kalamata olive sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh jumbo shrimp
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. marinara sauce
- Juice of one lemon
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 c. fresh chopped basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 c. pitted Kalamata olives
Preparation
- 1.Peel and de-vein shrimp.
- 2.Mix all ingredients including shrimp in a bowl.
- 3.Layer ingredients in an iron skillet.
- 4.Bake at 450 degrees for 9 minutes.
