Lemon Chicken (Everyone's Favorite!)
A classic lemon chicken recipe that's simple to prepare and always a hit with everyone.

Ingredients
- 4 deboned and skinless chicken breasts
- Flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbs fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 6 Tbs butter (4 for lemon butter sauce)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.Pound chicken breasts to 3/4 inch (pound between cling wrap).
- 3.Salt and pepper both sides.
- 4.Dredge in flour. Shake off excess.
- 5.Prepare an egg wash by adding 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and lemon zest to the eggs.
- 6.Dredge chicken again in flour and egg wash.
- 7.Lightly brown in skillet with butter on medium high heat for 3 minutes per side.
- 8.Place in Pyrex baking dish.
- 9.Bake for 10 minutes.
- 10.While baking, melt 4-5 tablespoons of butter, add juice from 1 and 1/2 lemons, and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
- 11.Remove chicken from oven.
- 12.Pour butter lemon sauce over chicken and serve.
